“There was a large amount of visible black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom in our first room. There was a medium amount of black mold on the ceiling of the second room they put us in. There was no visible mold in the bathroom of the third room, but that is probably because they simply changed out the drop ceiling panels in the shower area. The third room still smelled as moldy as the first two.”

“Hot tub was out of order. Blood on the head board, disgusting fan, none of the surfaces were wiped down. The fridge was dirty. Shower had hair in it. The staff don’t say hello or acknowledge you when you walk in. ”

“the only good thing is bed. But internet did not work for the whole afternoon and night, therefore you could not have access not only to the web but also you could not watch TV as it was just streaming (so you needed internet as well) Bathroom is really small, and shower tiny and without a window, so you have a shower in the dark.”

“we booked a king bed room and got a queen room. the tv remote wouldn't work. the staff gave us new batteries and it still wouldn't function. the bed was not comfortable. the squeaky springs sounded off every time you turned over. we'll never stay there again.”

“Im sorry to say but it was one of the worst stays i have ever had !!!!! There was no TV There was no contental breakfest. There was no towls in the room . I asked for extra pillows because there was two tiny ones on the Bed and they could not provide extras. They where not Luxury rooms like advertised. The only good this was the beds are cunfertable and rooms where clean. ”

“Budget rate and property reflects that. Dated rooms but were clean and tidy. I would stay again if looking for a low priced room. Was safe area and in downtown convenient location. Only trouble was noise from loud fan of AC / heating unit and I’m a light sleeper. Couldn’t adjust fan to low speed when in heating mode. Ear plugs worked to allow sleep. ”

“Our room and the entire Inn was very inviting and comfortable. The owner and staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We would definitely return to the Carolina the next time our travel plans bring us to Helena!”

“Ambiente un po' datato ma in buono stato. Non c'è frigorifero in camera. Ubicazione: comoda, all' uscita autostrada . Servizio check-in veloce. No colazione. Prezzo: alti o X quanto dato”

“Appartamento spazioso ed accogliente, perfettamente attrezzato e confortevole. E' stato molto piacevole soggiornare in un ambiente ben arredato e pulito alla perfezione.”
