“Plain exterior outside surprised us with IMMACULATE indoors at every turn, friendly offer of suitcase carried by host at desk due to elevators out of service. we had clean comfort at a fair price and every interaction with staff was friendly. Plenty of parking. Thank you!”

“The room was clean and somewhat updated, the bathroom definitely could use some updating. The pool was small, but warm. The breakfast was terrible. It was very small, only one waffle maker, so it took forever. The fruit was not fresh and there wasn't much to choose from. I don't think I will be staying there in the future and would not recommend.”

“The staff would t do anything about the barking dog in the room next to us. He barked for 3 hours straight. When I asked chuck the front desk attendant said there was nothing he could do even though the pet policy was displayed right behind him that stated otherwise. Super unhelpful and grumpy ”

“When I arrived, even though I had a reservation confirmation on my phone, there was no room for me. The desk clerk said I did not have a reservation in their system. My email from Expedia told me that I did, and I showed it to the clerk, but it made no difference. I was out in the cold without a room. I had to make other arrangements after driving 11 hours to get there.”

“It was very charming with a great concept. However, lodging details were a bit misleading as far as communal bathrooms were concerned. It was quite loud throughout the night with continuous train traffic and being able to hear everything in adjacent room. Was difficult to sleep.
